How many visits to a property are normally required for mortgage field services?
In the majority of cases only one trip is required. It is important that you read and understand the instructions given for each assignment. If there are specific requirements given, such as "at least one attempt must be made on a Saturday", or "at least one attempt must be made after 6:00pm local time", then obviously the field inspector should visit the property after 6:00pm on a Saturday. That way the special requirements have been satisfied and hopefully no more visits will be required.
