If you are the patient and understanding type, this is your best buy.  For a one-time fee of $149.00, you get the manual and 30 days of  E-Mail support.  Patience is needed because it may be several days before we can respond.  Understanding is needed because this means of helping you is still a part-time endeavor for us.  We’re headed for full time support but for the time being we both are up to our eyeballs in field service work.

Consulting Fees

Our fee for telephone consultation is $155.00 per hour.

We consult with our clients only during the evening hours because:

1.  During the day, we could be:

• doing twenty drive-by inspections – $100 to $170
• serving process for the court system – $100 to $250
• involved in a commercial inspection $250 to $750
• doing investigative work – $150/hr
• playing with the grandkids – priceless
• or laying in the pool
